Popular festivals revive each year In Antiparos, giving visitors the occasion to get to know a tradition that resists changes of time.

The centre of the festive circle of the island is the three day festival of Agia Marina, which is found at the harbour. The festival takes place on the 15-17th of July on the harbour of Antiparos, with various dances, songs and offerings to all. The three day events include representation of the Cycladic wedding and the "anti-wedding" on the next day with dances and offerings, as well as the procession of the icon of Agia (Santa) Marina with the escort of the island's local band.

The traditional custom of Klidonas is revived on the 23rd and 24th of June, at the harbour of Antiparos.

The festival of Agios Panteleimonas, where food and wine are offered with the escort of traditional music, takes place on the 27th of July, while on the 8th of September there is a festival at the church of Panagia Faneromeni, which is found on the other side of the island and is accessible takes place only with fishing boats.

Antiparos carnival is celebrated with songs and dances from the dancing groups and the chorus of the island. Festivities peak is Lent Monday's carnival.
