There are traditional taverns throughout the whole island that offer roasted octopus, fresh fish or local meat, but also local flavours with capers and cheese, with the escort of exceptional wine and raki. Throughout October,traditional distilleries of the island start burning up for the production of the local raki and souma. Particular flavours of Antiparos are among others the marvellous wild rabbit in wine, the rouster patidos, the carnival ravioli, the Christmas rolls and the tasty cheeses: kefalotyri, ladotyri, xinomyzithra, toulomotyri.
